Mr. Weill is a 30-year Oil & Gas industry veteran. In October 2007, Mr. Weill retired from BHP Billiton Petroleum as President of Operations & Technology. During his 11 years at BHP, other responsibilities included development and production in Australia and Pakistan and as President Integrated Business Development for BHP. Prior to BHP, he spent sixteen years in various managerial and technical assignments with Shell in New Orleans, Houston and The Hague.

WIT Inc. Forms Board of Directors
Wave Imaging Technology Inc. has assembled a board of directors, consisting of CTO and Founder Joe Higginbotham (Chairman), CEO Morgan Brown, CFO Lee Wiley, and two new additions, Phil Taggart and Mike Weill.
Mr. Taggart has specialized in investor relations since 1964 and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Taggart Financial Group, Inc. He has provided communications services for 58 initial public offerings, more than 200 other new issues, 210 mergers and acquisitions, 3,500 analyst meetings and annual and quarterly reports for more than 75 corporations. Mr. Taggart serves on the boards of International Expert Systems and AmREIT, Inc. (AMEX:AMY).

WIT Inc. joins HTC, hires CFO
WIT Inc. is the newest member company of the Energy group of the Houston Technology Center (HTC). After a presentation to HTC's Energy Screening Committee, WIT was accepted for membership in this high-tech incubator. We hope to use HTC to accelerate and manage our growth trajectory, and to explore funding avenues.

Two WIT Inc. Abstracts Accepted at 2008 SEG Convention in Las Vegas
Morgan Brown and Joe Higginbotham will give back-to-back oral presentations at the 2008 SEG Convention in Las Vegas. Brown's presentation, Velocity model building with Wave Equation Migration Velocity Focusing Analysis, will show field data applications of the Company's patent-pending velocity estimation technology, while Higginbotham's subsequent presentation, Wave Equation Migration Velocity Focusing Analysis, presents the theory underlying the method. Brown's presentation begins at 9:20 AM on Thursday, November 13, while Higginbotham's begins at 9:45 AM. Both talks will be given in the SVIP 2: Model Building for Complex Imaging session, which begins at 8:30 AM.
